My results from one round of insanity.. this photo doesnt give my progress justice, my core is so strong now and i am so flexible.. not even halfway where i want to be, but its a start.. i lost around 1 kg and i am 164cm tall.

3. Stop eating when you’ve had enough.
4. Eat healthy.
5. Workout.
6. Drink a lot.
7. Don’t judge.
8. Brush your hair.
9. Sleep at least 8 hours per night.
